Anti-Stress Workshop

The Stress System is Not a Problem.

It is a marvel of nature that allowed us to survive our very dangerous prehistoric stage and the extreme violence of our early days as a civilization. Our workshop will be divided into two different levels with distinct focuses.

First: To gain an understanding of how the stress system works and the mechanism by which we lose control and enter chronic stress. This theoretical phase will provide us with the necessary understanding to make decisions that will truly transform our habits and enable us to create a life where the stress system remains balanced and healthy.

Second: We will move into a practical phase, using the logic learned in the theoretical phase. You will learn breathing, movement, and relaxation techniques that will help you break the grip of chronic stress and free your body from the hormonal content that keeps the stress system activated. Your physical, mental, and emotional experience will be positively affected during the workshop, and the cumulative effects of practicing these techniques will allow your body to begin a process of recovery from the consequences of chronic stress accumulated over the years.
